The constructions enviroment has nowadays changed significantly. This also applies to the hotel and restaurant industry regarding new buildings and renovations. On the one hand, the life cycles of furnishings and interiors have been shortened, and on the other hand, the type of approach has changed. Due to the greater complexity, the planning teams are now divers and interdisciplinary, and there is a lively exchange between building owners and planners. This was also very evident in the context of the table talk to which the htr hotelrevue invited at the end of February, the current Corona crisis still far away.
