KATAG has been managing the budget hotel in Basel on behalf of Credit Suisse since 2018. The budget hotel Apaliving is located in the immediate vicinity of the train station Basel in the middle of the urban Gundeldinger district. The 180 functionally furnished rooms are divided into the categories standard and comfort.

Martin Küttel - partner and co-owner of KATAG & Partners AG - takes care of the Apaliving with a team of 6 people until December 2021. After that, the building will be converted into residential units by the owner.
